RS CLASSIFICATION SERVICES, known as RS CLASS, is a Hellenic organization established in Piraeus in 2016.
We provide Classification & Statutory Certification Services to vessels operating under flag states that have recognized RS CLASS as a Recognized Organization (RO).
Our mission is to ensure maritime safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance, always aligned with the highest international standards.
RS CLASS was established to support the increasing needs of the global maritime industry through efficient, accurate, and verified services.
Our processes are aligned with ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements, ensuring operational excellence, consistent performance, and continuous improvement in every aspect of our services.
RS CLASS, through its resources and available facilities, which are well placed to undertake and carry out Statutory Surveys. RS Class’ aim is to be delegated to carry out the aforementioned, by several Countries (Flags) of the most vigorous in the world of maritime industry and on the whole ship spectrum.
RS Class has set as permanent goal to steadily meet the expectations of its customers, while its management is clearly seen to give to safety the highest priority. We do believe that our customers should be provided with clear and reliable, credible and accurate, impartial and speedy services.
To that direction, RS Class has established a fully documented Quality Management System (QMS), audited, reviewed and being in line with the terms, the criteria and the requirements of IMO Resolutions, the relevant International Standards, “on common rules and standards for ship inspection and survey organizations”, and based on the IACS QMS Requirements equally usable also by non-IACS Classification Societies regardless of type, size and services provided.
